- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded

- 1 egg room temperature
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1¼ cup avocado oil or light olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic finely minced
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1¼ tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

- Pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese finely grated
Instructions
Prepare the Salad
- Remove the core of 1 head iceberg lettuce and 1 head Romaine Lettuce. Wash the lettuce thoroughly and dry in a salad spinner.
- Dice the Romaine and Iceberg Lettuce into small, bite sized sections and ensure that the two are evenly mixed. Add to a large salad bowl.
Prepare the Dressing
- Add 1 egg to a small mixing bowl and mix using immersion blender with a whisk attachment for 20-30 seconds.
