  • Preheat oven to 375℉ / 190℃.
  • Prepare Bread: Cube a loaf of bread until you have 6 cups bread. To ensure even cooking, try to keep a consistent size, about ½ inch to 1 inch.

  • Spread bread onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until it starts to dry out.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. Mix well with a whisk.

  • Remove the bread cubes from the oven and add them to the bowl. Toss well until all of the bread is evenly coated.
  • Spread the bread cubes back onto the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes or until gold and crisp.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
