or 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425℉ (220℃)
Wash and peel
1 lb carrot
s. If the carrots are thick, cut them in half, lengthwise.
Combine
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
,
2 tablespoons honey
,
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
,
1/2 teaspoon salt
,
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
,
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
, and
2 cloves Garlic
, minced in a large bowl. Mix well.
Arrange the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle the glaze over until they are evenly coated on all sides.
Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 min.
Garnish with
Fresh Parsley
and serve hot!
