Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉/190℃
In a small bowl combine
1 tbsp dried basil
,
1 tbsp sage
,
1 tbsp thyme
, and
1 tbsp Dried Oregano
. Add
salt
and
Pepper
.
Season both sides of
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
with the spice mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine
2 cups spinach
,
1 cup mozzarella cheese
,
2 cloves Garlic
, and
1 pinch nutmeg
. Stuff this mixture into each chicken breast
In a skillet, heat
Olive oil
over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165℉.
Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
