Ingredients
- 4 sweet potato medium sized, peeled and cubed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉/190℃.
- Peel and cube 4 sweet potatoes. Add the potatoes to a large pot & cover with water4 sweet potato
- Bring the pot to a boil and then simmer for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Once tender, remove the potatoes from heat and strain out excess water.
