Instructions
In a saucepan, heat
2 tbsp olive oil
over medium heat. Add
1 cup wild rice
and toast for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

(minced) to the rice, sauteing until the onion is soft and the garlic is fragrant.

and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 40-45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat and stir in
