In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tbsp butter, 1-2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, salt, and Pepper.
Adjust the amounts of syrup, mustard, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper as needed until desired taste is acheieved.
Serve with poultry, vegetables, or fish. This recipe can also be applied in the last few minutes of cooking as a glaze.
