Maple Balsamic Glaze Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced (optional for a hint of garlic flavor)
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup chicken broth (low soduium)
- Salt
- black pepper
Instructions

- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
